Michael Jordan vs Kobe Bryant Duel (69 PTS) – 12/17/1997

First real competitive game of Kobe Bryant against Michael Jordan, even though it was a blowout by Bulls. The first two games of Kobe against Michael the year before, as a rookie, were below average. He scored 5 points in each of the games. In this game against the Bulls though, after Eddie Jones got into foul-trouble, Dell Harris gave Kobe the chance to play over 25 minutes – and Kobe Bryant impressed. He impressed Michael Jordan and the Bulls fans at United Center.
