As you may know, today is the Olympic semi-final between Team USA and Spain. (8:30pm CET / 2:30pm EST)

Over the last decade, these two teams have been the top dogs in world basketball. Both teams have also met in earlier years, just like in 1984. The 1984 Olympic Final between Team USA and Spain was held at former Lakers’ arena ‘The Forum’ in Inglewood. Led by a great performance by Michael Jordan, Team USA won gold infront of their L.A home crowd.
