Boston Celtics’ Plane Evacuated After Bomb Threat

 

 

A few weeks ago, a plane crashed in Colombia carrying a Brazilian professional soccer team; the devastation shook the entire sports world.

A bomb scare during the Boston Celtics’ private flight to Oklahoma City Saturday night had team officials and fans in fear.

After arriving at Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City, the plane and luggage was searched as the team was bussed to the hotel.

The FBI’s Oklahoma City field office said late Saturday that a thorough search of the aircraft “did not locate an explosive device” and that the agency is investigating the incident.

Thankfully, the team was safe
