Crazy Never Seen Before Buzzer Beater In D-League
Detroit Pistons D-League affiliate, the Grand Rapids Drive won their game against the Indiana Pacers affiliated Fort Wayne Mad Ants with an unlikely, crazy buzzer-beater.
What happened during the final seconds of the game, is something I haven’t seen before. With exactly one second on the clock, Ray McCallum, who has already played over 150 NBA games, was trying a throw up a lob pass off the inbound, but the ball went off the rim to his teammate Ramon Harris, who converted the shot. No player touched the ball until Harris did, so the play was legit.
It certainly wasn’t planned, but it was a very unique way to win a game.
