LeBron James Makes NBA History, Passes Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
January 5, 2007, Cleveland Cavaliers v Milwaukee Bucks. LeBron James went 3 for 13 from the floor, finishing with 8 points, five rebounds, and nine assists. That was the last time that LeBron James had scored fewer than 10 points in an NBA game. That’s over 10 years!
With 2:49 to play in the second quarter last night, when he scored his 10th point of the game, he passed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar for second place on the NBA’s all-time list for consecutive games with at least 10 points. It was LeBron’s 788th consecutive 10+ point game.
Only Michael Jordan is ahead of LeBron James with 866 consecutive 10+ point games.

This is just another great achievement for LeBron, who already is amongst the greatest players of all time. He will add more records and maybe, when we all look back on his career in 10, 15 or 20 years, we will recognize that he wasn’t that bad after all and all that hate was unjustified.
