Monta Ellis Literally Ran Away From Being On A LeBron James Poster
This might be my favorite scene from this year’s playoffs so far.
During last night’s game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Indiana Pacers, Monta Ellis business decision in order to stay alive.
After coming back from 26 down, the game was tied in middle of the 4th quarter, when LeBron James and Kyle Korver ran a two-on-one fast break against the lone Pacer Monta Ellis.
In true Kyle Korver fashion, Kyle ran to the corner and opened up the lane for LeBron. Ellis, didn’t stay with the ball like defenders normally do in these situations, but ran out of the way (in Korver’s direction, more or less). He didn’t want anything to do with the freight train from hell. I don’t blame him.
LeBron used the open lane for an emphatic windmill dunk.

Monta Ellis will say he was going out to cover Kyle Korver's corner three, but we all know he was just getting out of dodge. #NBAPlayoffs pic.twitter.com/OeBmIJZLvB
