The Sacramento Kings Brilliantly Trolled Lakers Fans Asking Them About Nonexistent Lakers Rookies

“Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt.”

-Abraham Lincoln

For the first time in years, Lakers fans got to experience a certain hype around their team again. The Los Angeles Lakers won the Las Vegas Summer League and rookies Lonzo Ball and Kyle Kuzma had some impressive performances. But what about the other two famous rookies? Shawn Carter and Ned Stark? Upfront, Shawn Carter is Jay Z’s ‘real’ name and Ned Stark is a character of Game of Thrones. But the Sacramento Kings’ social media team (one of the best social media teams in the league), used exactly these two names to make fun of some Lakers fans, trying to rekindle the rivalry between Kings and Lakers fans.

It worked out brilliantly.
