Dahntay Jones Says That Stephen Curry Isn’t A Top 10 Player
In the last three years, Stephen Curry has reached three consecutive NBA Finals, won two of them as well as two MVP awards. He is arguably the best shooter in NBA history and has somewhat changed the way the game is played.
But to Dahntay Jones, Stephen Curry is not a current top 10 player. During a Barstool Sports podcast, Jones said:
“People get mad at me because I don’t declare him a top 10 player in the NBA, which is fine. I’ve got him on the outside, like 11, 12.”
When asked what players he lists infront of Curry, he named LeBron James at No. 1, Kawhi Leonard at No. 2, Kevin Durant at No. 3, as well as John Wall, Paul George, Russell Westbrook, James Harden, Jimmy Butler, Chris Paul, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Anthony Davis.
Jones, who has been on the Cleveland Cavaliers roster for each of the past two playoff runs, may still be mad at Curry for taking away his gold. Otherwise, this statement is not acceptable.
