Did JaVale McGee Sell The Larry O’Brien Trophy To A Pawnshop?

Over two months after winning the Championship, it seems as it finally was JaVale McGee’s turn to take the trophy home.

McGee wouldn’t be McGee if he didn’t try something stupid/funny with it, which he did. JaVale joked that he would sell the trophy to Julie’s Pawn And Sales in Flint, Michigan. He said:

“I got something for ya, Julie. A hundred percent gold!”

He remains one of the funniest dudes in the NBA. Joel Embiid, Hassan Whiteside and JaVale McGee?! How come that the funniest NBA social media accounts all belong to centers?
