Ben Simmons Has Overtaken Lonzo Ball As Las Vegas ROTY Favorite

This year’s draft class has already generated a lot of hype. It could possibly turn out to be one of the best classes in recent memory. Markelle Fultz, Lonzo Ball, Jayson Tatum, Josh Jackson, Dennis Smith Jr., Kyle Kuzma, De’Aaron Fox and a lot more are hoping to make an instant impact on their respective teams.

But the favorite to win the rookie of the year award isn’t part of the 2017 NBA Draft class, but a member of the class of 2016. After a great preseason, Ben Simmons is the new Vegas favorite.

Since he missed all of last season due to a broken foot, he also will be a rookie in this coming season. The number one pick from 2016, has now overtaken Lonzo Ball.

Simmons’ odds to win the award have gone from 7/2 to 3/2, Ball’s odds have raised from 5/2 to 7/2 (Via Bovada). Here is the complete list of odds.
