Adrian Wojnarowski Brutally Crushed LiAngelo Ball’s NBA Hopes
After Lonzo Ball set foot in the NBA this year, the next Ball brother in line was supposed to be LiAngelo. The family’s plan was to send all of their three prospects to the NBA after only one year of college. Their father, LaVar Ball, had said that all three of his sons would be one-and-done basketball players numerous times.
But this will likely turn out to be a miscalculation. And it doesn’t necessailry have to do with LiAngelo’s shoplifting incident and the end of his UCLA career.
If we believe NBA-Guru Adrian Wojnarowski, it turns out that LiAngelo Ball wasn’t an NBA prospect before his shoplifting arrest. This brutally honest tweet might shatter the dreams of the Ball family, LiAngelo specifically.
Ex-UCLA freshman LiAngelo Ball has no chance that he'll be drafted in June — and that was true before his shoplifting incident in China. "He's not on any of our scouting lists — even the extended lists," one GM told ESPN.
