Stephen Curry’s Confidence Is Over 9000; ‘I Always Feel Like I’m Hot’
Stephen Curry undoubtedly is one of the best players in the NBA. But ever since he’s come back from his injury, he’s been out of this world. In his past four games, Curry has been playing like he wants to win his 3rd MVP. Steph drained 28 threes in the four games since returning from his ankle injury, while shooting 54 percent in that span.
After last night’s 45 points in only 29 minutes , Curry told reporters that he always feels like he’s hot and he’s expecting that his unreal shooting will continue:
“Honestly, I always feel like I’m hot. If you step foot on the floor, if you don’t have that confidence, then that’s not who I am. When I’m out there playing, every shot you take, you feel like it’s going in. Coming off the injury, obviously got fresh legs, got a nice rhythm. I was able to put some good work in the week and a half before I got back on the floor. That’s pretty much it.
“You’ll see me on Monday when I walk on the floor, hopefully the thoughts that are in my head are it should be another hot night, whether it happens or not.”
