Bucks’ Rookie Sterling Brown Tased And Arrested
Milwaukee Bucks rookie Sterling Brown is making headlines for the second time this (still young) year. Unfortunately for him, both of them aren’t because of his game, nor due to him playing well (he’s averaging 3.5 points and 1.8 rebounds this season).
A couple of weeks ago, Giannis Antetokounmpo pulled the popcorn prank on Sterling Brown, who apparently didn’t do his rookie duties. Now, he was tased and arrested by the police.
Police explained that the rookie was arrested at 2 a.m. this past Friday while “an electronic control device was deployed” to detain him. Why? According to reports, his car was parked across two handicapped spaces outside a Walgreens.
Barry Baum, a Bucks spokesman said that the Bucks have been notified about the incident:
“We are aware of the matter. We completely support Sterling and are confident that this will be resolved quickly.”
