Shortly Before Hand Surgery News Broke, Devin Booker Posted IG Story Riding A Bike With No Hands

Last night, it was reported that Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker has to undergo surgery on his right hand. Booker will likely miss the beginning of his team’s training camp on September 25 and is out indefinitely.

Booker, who averaged 24.9 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game last season, sustained the right-hand injury during a practice game on March 14. After that, he only played one more game, before missing the last 12 games of the season. ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported that the Surgery became necessary when Booker’s right hand “swelled up recently.

While the reason for his injury sounds legit, an Instagram story of Booker, posted only a couple of hours before the news broke, shows him riding a bike without using his hands.

A coincidence? Or possibly the real reason for the surgery?!
