Joakim Noah’s Strong (Now Deleted) Message To New York

Joakim Noah arguably has the worst contract in the league right now.

In the summer of 2016, Noah singed the Knicks’ 4-year, $72 million offer sheet, even though people around the league knew about his injury problems.

Joakim Noah’s salary through the next two seasons:
2018-19: $18,530,000
2019-20: $19,295,000

The former defensive player of the league has also been on the decline, long before signing the contract.

He became the mirror image for the Knicks’ downfall, alongside former president of basketball operations, Phil Jackson.

One thing is certain. The Knicks do not plan with him anymore and have been looking for a trading partner for a while now… without any success. Noah knows he’ll eventually be out of New York City, he just doesn’t know when, and that is what’s frustrating him.

Noah posted a picture on his Instagram story, expressing his frustration with the Knicks, but quickly deleted it again. But not before someone took a screenshot of it. The message read:

“Let me go!!! What r u wating for!!!! U don’t want me there so let me go!!!”
