Dwight Howard Already Butt-Hurt Again
While Dwight Howard has been ‘butt-hurt’ at least once for each franchise he’s played for…
Whether it was the Stan Van Gundy backstabbing, the fights with Kobe Bryant, almost retiring as a member of the Houston Rockets, the ‘locker room cancer’ talks as a member of the Atlanta Hawks…
this time, he’s butt-hurt for real. Literally! While it was known that Howard has been dealing with back soreness during the preseason, it was now made public that the source of the latest pain came from lower.
Sources on @TheAthleticNBA @WatchStadium: Washington Wizards center Dwight Howard visited a specialist in New York and has piriformis injury, which is a muscle in the buttocks. The injury isn't serious and Howard will continue treatment.

Can confirm this is the case.
Initially it was believed to be a back issue for Dwight Howard, but the NYC specialist confirmed that the source of the problem was a pitiformis muscle. https://t.co/Guwc4YhGjm
