Jordan Bell Doesn’t Know How To Tip At Restaurants

Remember when Andre Roberson was getting some major heat after tipping a $487.13 bill with a $13.97 tip, leading to people calling out Roberson on his poor, less than 3% tip.

Now, Warriors sophmore Jordan Bell, also seems to have problems with tipping. At least he’s asking before ending up in a similar position as Roberson.

Is tipping required anytime you go to a restaurant?
