Blazers Fan Wore Astronaut Helmet To Try To Make Stephen Curry Miss Free Throws

A couple of weeks ago, while being a guest at the ‘Winging It’ podcast, Stephen Curry revealed that he’s among the people who don’t believe astronauts landed on the moon.

In doing so, he’s become one more NBA player who’s discrediting scientific facts or believing in conspiracy theories.

A Blazers fan now creatively used this statement in an attempt to get Steph to miss his free throws during last night’s game between the Warriors and Blazers. With the Warriors leading 110-100 with just under two minutes to play in the 4th, Curry was at the line to shoot two free throws after technical fouls were called on Damian Lillard and Terry Stotts. Before Curry took the free-throws, the fan wearing an astronaut helmet was seen trying to distract him. Unfortunately for the fan, it didn’t work, as the two-time MVP obviously knocked down both of the shots.
