Kawhi Leonard Buys Southern California Mansion
While a lot of people considered the Kawhi-Raptors relationship a one-year thing at first, they can’t be as sure anymore. Many still believe that, after this season, Leonard will join forces with LeBron James and the Lakers. But, against popular belief, Kahwi wasn’t even a Lakers fans as a kid. In fact, he didn’t like them!
But the Kawhi to Los Angeles (the Clippers are supposed to be in the mix as well) saga now gets a new chapter. Kawhi Leonard just bought himself a new Southern California mansion.
To be fair though, it is important to know that the house is located in the Rancho Santa Fe which is way closer to San Diego than it is to Los Angeles. and Kahwi called San Diego his home during his college days with San Diego State. So it could just be a home for the summer months. But it could also be more, remember that LeBron James also bought a California mansion at around the same time, last year.
The house, that came with a $13.3 millon price-tag is very impressive and comes equipped with a dry bar, a home theater, a gourmet kitchen, a steel-framed wall of glass that looks into a temperature-controlled wine vault in the tasting and bar room, 10.5 bathrooms, seven bedroom suites including a customized master suite with two dressing rooms and a spa-like bath, a multi-section pool complete with a raised spa, a conversation/fire pit, waterfall features and Baja decks and a tennis/sports court.
