NBA Twitter Reacts To Anthony Davis To Lakers Trade
After months of going back and forth, the Los Angeles Lakers and New Orleans Pelicans have agreed on a trade. The Pelicans will send Anthony Davis to the Lakers for Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart, and three first-round picks – including the No. 4 overall in this year’s NBA Draft.
After a trade had failed before this year’s trade deadline, both teams’ season got derailed in the aftermath. Now, 4 months later, both front offices are finally happy with the other side’s offer. According to various reports, the Lakers getting this year’s No. 4 draft pick played a key role in the trade.
As always with breaking news this big, NBA Twitter went to work and remained undefeated.

News of AD trade to the Lakers drew a big smile. “Perfect,” he said. Did seem to think that three No. 1s was a bit steep.
