Alex Abrines Announces His Return To Basketball, After Walking Away From The Game In February

On February 9, the Oklahoma City Thunder surprisingly waived their winger Alex Abrines. This really came out of the blue, as the Thunder were in need of some shooting, and Abrines being one of the fan favorites. The waiving was labelled under ‘undisclosed personal reasons’ in an official statement from the franchise.

As we know now, Abrines asked the Thunder to be waived, and all they did was grant his wish.

It seems like Alex was fighting some serious mental problems. Thankfully though, he’s back and ready to comeback.

In an incredibly heartfelt video, the Spaniard now announced his comeback, after rekindling his love for the ball.
