Same Old Brandon Jennings Loses His Cool At Drew League Game

In the 2009 NBA Draft, the Milwaukee Bucks selected Brandon Jennings with their 10th pick. Jennings had a very promising start to his NBA career, playing all 82 games of his rookie campaign, averaging 15.5 points, 3.4 rebounds, 5.7 assists and 1.3 steals (including a 55 point game) which led him to All Rookie First Team honors.

After three more promising seasons in Milwaukee (including averaging a career best 19.1 points in 2012), Jennings took his talents to Detroit. That’s when his career took a wrong turn and started going downhill. Not least due to numerous issues on and off the court. Two and a half years in Detroit, followed by short stints in Orlando, New York and Washington with almost zero success, caused Jennings to give up his NBA dream and leave the country to play in China.

In the 2017-18 season, Jennings returned to Milwaukee Bucks for a quick stint, but without any memorable success, just like his stint in Saint Petersburg, Russia, that only lasted 10 games at the beginning of this past season.

Jennings currently plays some ball in the Drew League, hoping to possibly find a team through great performances there, but even there, he can’t seem to control himself.

The 29-year old lost his cool again during a recent game lost his cool during a game, and proved once again, that he might be a liability for potential teams interested.
