Klay Thompson Is Reportedly Recovering Tremendously From ACL Surgery
In Game 6 of these past NBA Finals, Klay Thompson tragically suffered a torn ACL in his left knee. A torn ACL is one of the worst possible injures for a professional basketball player.
Moments after he was injured, Jonas Jerebko and Jordan Bell started to help him to the locker room, but when Klay was halfway there, he turned around and headed back to the floor to show his free throws.
While many players lose more than an entire season to an ACL injury, Thompson seems to be recovering quicker and reportedly is already walking without a limp, only one month after his ACL surgery.
While Klay doubts that he’ll be back before the All-Star break, he definitely plans on being in the playoffs.
“I’ll hit the ground running and we’ll be in playoff contention. That’s all we need is just a shot.”

A healthy Klay, Stephen Curry, Draymond Green and D’Angelo Russell? I wouldn’t want to face the Warriors in the playoffs. Who said the dynasty was over?!
