Jimmy Butler & Bam Adebayo Have An Ongoing Three-Point Bet And It’s Hilarious

Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler are two of the main reasons why the Miami Heat have been one of the biggest surprises of the 2019-2020 season.

Adebayo is an early candidate for the MIP award, and Jimmy Butler has fully embraced the leader role the Heat had in mind when trading for him this past summer.

Especially Bam’s game has majorly improved this season and he now is able to basically do anything on both ends of the floor. Anything but shooting threes. Butler though is trying to change that, and challenged Bam to a bet.

For every game Adebayo plays without attempting a three-pointer, Bam has to pay Butler $500. For every game Bam attempts a three, he’ll get $500 from Butler.

After Jimmy Butler learned that Adebayo took a three against Atlanta the other night, and that he therefore is down $500 he said he’s gotta talk to coach Eric Spoelstra:

“Damn it Bam!!! We gotta to talk to Spo. He shouldn’t do that.”
