Marcus Smart Shares Details Of Eye Infection, And It Isn’t Beautiful
One of the most important features or skills in the NBA isn’t measurable nor a stat – hustle! The importance of hustle is truly underrated, but the reason we love and value players who give their all night in and night out for our team(s).
One of these players is Marcus Smart, who is playing an incredible season, especially on the defensive end, deserving some Defensive Player of the Year consideration.
Unfortunately for Smart and the Celtics, the guard had to sit out the team’s last six games due to a nasty eye infection. Smart at least was traveling with the team again, last night, and said he’s about 80% recovered. There is hope for him to play in tomorrow’s game against the Cavaliers.
Smart also shared some details of his infection, and it is not beautiful. #BleedGreen
