Devin Booker Says He Already Should Have Been An All-Star Before Damian Lillard’s Injury

When an MRI confirmed that Damian Lillard is forced to miss one to two weeks with a groin strain, Devin Booker was named as his All-Star replacement, rightfully so.

Booker received the good news via phone, but quickly went to bed afterwards again. During today’s All-Star media day, he was asked if he had a ‘wow, this is happening’ moment when he woke up the next morning, Booker responded:

“I was like, I should have been here already!”
