Trae Young Has Incredible ‘In-House’ 3-point Contest Performance Using Socks
During the three point-contest of this year’s All-Star Saturday, Atlanta Hawks sharpshooter, Trae Young finished with a contest-worst 15 points and was eliminated in the first round.
“The thing about shooting, and shooting that many times, is you’ve got to have legs. … It’s been a long day, long weekend so far, and that’s what it was,” Young said. “I just didn’t have any legs.”
It seems he was looking for some kind of redemption, and some well-needed entertainment during these difficult times, as Young held a shooting contest in his own house. Instead of basketballs, he used socks (black socks being normal balls, white socks being money balls), and had an impressive performance.
