James Dolan’s Horrible Email To Players/Employees On Why Knicks Haven’t Made Statement On George Floyd/Protests Against Racism
Surprisingly, the New York Knicks always manage to reach a new low. In many instances, this low is directly related to owner James Dolan, who seems to be trying to prove that he indeed is the worst team owner in the NBA over and over again.
As of now, the Knicks are the only NBA team that has not made any public statement about the nationwide protests against racism following the murder of George Floyd.
Even worse, Dolan sent an email to all players and employees of the Madison Square Garden company, trying to explain why the team has remained silent. The content of the email though was more than embarrassing, even for Dolan’s standards. It really is this awful.
I'm told that Knicks players and employees are furious that the team hasn't made a public statement about George Floyd. And I just obtained the e-mail that owner Jim Dolan sent to MSG employees today defending the organization's decision to stay silent: pic.twitter.com/xG1BA7tV5V
