Bill Russell Flexes On Kendrick Perkins In Response To Him Saying LeBron James Is The Most Athletic Player Ever
Bill Russell is undoubtedly one of the greatest players in NBA history. No one has won as many championships as Bill.
He’s an 11-time NBA champion (1957, 1959–1966, 1968, 1969), 5- time NBA MVP (1958, 1961–1963, 1965), 12-time NBA All-Star (1958–1969), 11-time All-NBA Team member, 4-time rebounding champion and a 2-time NCAA champion.
Russell was just too athletically gifted for his competition. So when Kendrick Perkins took to Twitter that he thinks LeBron James is the most athletic player in NBA history, he got a message from Russell in response, that made him change his mind:
“In 56 I could have made the Olympics in high jump but turned it down to play basketball instead we could only play one sport then. Track and Field News ranked me #7 high jumper in the world, I was ranked #2 in the US @ the time.”

When checking out the footage and information Bill Russell provided, Perkins went on to apologize to his good friend, LeBron James, for now dubbing Russell as the most athletic player ever.
“Well I’ve been checked by an All-Time Great so sorry KingJames I’ve had a change of heart….RealBillRussell is the Most Athletic Player in NBA History!!! My apologies.”
