JJ Redick Reveals ‘Motherf**ker’ Shams Charania Snuck His Way Onto Players Only Conference Calls

When NBA players decided about the resumption of the season in a ‘players only conference call’, after the NBA had presented them with their plans, details of that call were leaked to the public.

But who was the rat? Who gave this information to the media? New Orleans Pelicans sharpshooter JJ Redick knows exactly who, and it wasn’t even a player. Turns out none other than ‘Breaking News Phenom’ Shams Charania snuck his way into every call. That’s what Redick revealed during an interview with Bill Simmons.

“And by the way, on every conference call, Shams is on it. So, there’s media members on it. I mean I literally got off that call, and I’m like ‘this motherf*cker, he’s verbatim.

I say to Chelsea like ‘I’m looking in the corner of my screen right now and it says ‘recording”… the call’s getting recorded. Like you know… I don’t know.”
