Are The Brooklyn Nets Preparing A ‘Godfather Offer’ For Gregg Popovich?
Brooklyn Nets fans can be looking forward to the 2020-21 season in anticipation.
A healthy Kevin Durant, a healthy Kyrie Irving and a more than decent supporting cast. If things click between the two superstars, and if they’re able to remain healthy, the Nets could become a contender, not only in the East, but the entire NBA.
The only thing missing is a coach to put all of the assets together – in comes San Antonio Spurs legend Gregg Popovich.
In the most recent episode of the Let’s Get Technical podcast starring former NBA stars Rasheed Wallace and Bonzi Wells, it was revealed that there’s a story going around that the Brooklyn Nets are looking to make a Godfather offer to Gregg Popovich.
“There’s a story going around that the owner of the Brooklyn Nets is looking to make a godfather offer to Gregg Popovich. And when I say ‘Godfather’, it’s something he can’t refuse.”
