LeBron James Rookie Card Sets Record With $960,000 Bid
The basketball card market is on fire and is setting new records frequently at the moment.
Last week, an auction of a LeBron James 2003-2004 Upper Deck Exquisite rookie card started, and, in the meantime, has already broken the record for the most expensive ‘modern-day’ card with a $960,000 bid shortly after opening.
The crazy thing is that the card, which is being auctioned off by Goldin Auctions, is still up to bid on until July 18. Some experts expect the winning bid to break the $1,000,000 mark.
