Dwyane Wade Reveals New, Special, Kobe Bryant Honoring ‘Way of Wade’ Signature Sneakers

Dwyane Wade and Kobe Bryant not only are among the greatest shooting guards to ever play the game, they also shared great appreciation for each other.

The two would often spend their summers together as teammates on Team USA where Wade was able to find inspiration in Bryant’s unmatched work ethic. 

To honor the late, great Kobe Bryant, Wade’s next Li-Ning ‘Way of Wade’ signature sneaker will be an homage to the 5-time champion. 

The shoe that will come in three different colorways (one in purple and gold, one in white and purple, and one in purple and violet) have Kobe’s numbers 8 and 24 with a halo on top on them, and the inner sole has an inscription that reads:

“Great things come from hard work and perseverance. No excuses.”
