The Miami Heat Are Paying Erik Spoelstra A $120K Bonus For Each Victory (Reg Season & Playoffs)

Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra has been one of the best coaches of this past decade.

After winning two championships with LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, Spoelstra was able to rebuild the team into a real contender that currently only is two games away from making an NBA Finals appearance.

But his great work comes with a great price tag. According to various reports, the Miami Heat front office is rewarding Spoelstra with a $120,000 bonus for each victory – regular season and playoffs.

The $120,000 per win is on top of the $3 million he is making as his base salary, putting Spoelstra’s season earnings at well over 9 million dollars.

If everything ends perfect for the Heat, he’s in for another $720,000.
