The Insanely Wild Shaquille O’Neal’s NBA Finals Streak That Just Won’t End
It just won’t end!
I don’t know if you already know about this weird fact – we have brought it up before – but it is as relevant as ever.
There’s an NBA Finals streak directly related and linked to Shaquille O’Neal that just does not seem to end. Ever since 1984, every single NBA Finals have featured at least one player who has been teammates with the Big Diesel.
While we’re reaching a point where not too many teammates of O’Neal are still playing, it looks like the streak will be active for at least another year.
The streak would only end if the Nuggets and Celtics were to advance to the NBA Finals, something that isn’t too realistic at this time.
The Los Angeles Lakers still have plenty of former Shaq teammates in LeBron James, Rajon Rondo, Avery Bradley, Jared Dudley and Danny Green, who kept this streak alive last year.
The Miami Heat have Udonis Haslem and Goran Dragic who used to play with O’Neal.
