Allen Iverson Reveals His Best Dunker Of All-Time & It’s Not Vince Carter
While the greatest player of all-time is a never ending and on-going debate, with people not being able to come to a final conclusion, the greatest dunker of all-time debate has actually been settled to the satisfaction of everyone for a while now.
The just retired record holder for most seasons played, Vince Carter, undoubtedly has taken that throne, and I haven’t seen anybody argue against it until now.
During his appearance on the ‘All The Smoke’ podcast, Allen Iverson was asked who he thinks had the greatest hops he has ever seen, and his response was pretty surprising. Iverson didn’t pick Vince, nor did he choose Jordan, Kemp or some of the other often named players, but his former teammate Andre Iguodala.
Iverson: “Who do you think had the craziest hops? Dre!”
Jackson: “Not Vince though?”
Iverson: “I know, I know, I know. I don’t wanna be politically correct. I just don’t want people to not recognize what Andre Iguodala was or is, as far as leaping. And I just seen him do so many things, man. Just getting off the floor,”
