Chris Bosh Reveals He Was Hurt When LeBron James Left Miami In 2014
In 2010, NBA All-Stars Chris Bosh and LeBron James decided to join Dwyane Wade in South Beach and signed contracts with the Miami Heat to build a Big 3.
The trio would go on to make the NBA Finals for four consecutive years, winning two championships in the process.
Then after the 2014 Finals loss to the San Antonio Spurs, LeBron James went back home to Cleveland, bringing a sudden end to the Miami Heat’s mini-dynasty.
While talking to Shannon Sharpe, Chris Bosh now revealed that he was hurt when LeBron James left.
“We definitely left something on the table. I will always feel like it was an unfinished story. But sometimes the best stories are unfinished. It was a four-year shooting star, and we wanted to continue. I couldn’t imagine if my hometown didn’t like me. At that time, feelings got hurt (but) you have to get over the fact that it is free agency.”
