Andrew Wiggins Elaborates Why Stephen Curry Should Be The MVP Front-Runner So Far This Season
With the league nearing the halfway point of the season, the race for the coveted MVP award is getting louder day by day. While the race has been narrowing down to a two-man race between LeBron James and Joel Embiid, some names have been getting a lot of buzz lately – Stephen Curry, for instance.
Curry is looking very similar to his 2016 version that won the first unanimous MVP. However, the Warriors superstar is sitting in the cellar of the MVP ladder, for the reason that that the Golden State Warriors are barely making the playoffs with a 14-12 team record.
Despite their team record, Andrew Wiggins is convinced that his superstar teammate should be the MVP front-runner so far this season.
“What he does on the floor for us, you can’t replace that at all. … There’s no one playing that kind of game right now. He’s on his own level right now.”
