Stephen Silas And John Wall Shared Heartfelt Moment After Rockets Ended 20-Game Losing Streak
After the Houston Rockets suffered their 20th consecutive loss on Sunday, first-year head coach, Stephen Silas was very emotional during his postgame press conference. He looked shattered and defeated and it was pretty heartbreaking.
Man, I feel for this man. A young coach gets his first gig & a lot of stuff goes down that’s out of his control.
You could see early on in the season there was some good moments. Now he’s gotta deal w/ the wreckage.
I hope the Rockets get that.

But as always in the world of sports, things can change quickly and turn themselves around. In Silas’ case, his frustration came to an end just one day later, as the Rockets snapped their losing streak by beating the Toronto Raptors.
In the win, John Wall had his first triple double since 2016 and after the game ended, Wall and Silas shared a heartfelt moment and a big hug.
