Reggie Miller On What If Michael Jordan Had Recruited Him: “I Would Have Told Him To Go F**k Himself”

Saying that Michael Jordan and Reggie Miller were friends who appreciated each other during their active playing careers, would be a huge lie. But while most other players bury the hatchet once they’ve hung up their sneakers, there still appears to be some bad blood between Miller and Jordan, as we were able to witness in ‘The Last Dance’.

Miller definitely shares some similarities with Stephen Curry – not only is he one of the greatest shooters in history, like Steph, he’s also spent his entire career with one franchise – the Indiana Pacers. When discussing Curry with ESPN’s Nick Friedell, Reggie was asked how he would have responded, had other star players back then tried to recruit him away from his Pacers.

“If Michael Jordan ever would have called me and tried to sway me to come to Chicago, I would have told him to go f**k himself! “I’ll be coming to see you on I-65 or whatever that highway is there. I’ll be down to see you.”
