Kevin Porter Jr. May Have Saved Sterling Brown’s Life After He Got Jumped Outside A Miami Strip Club
More and more information about Rockets player Sterling Brown being assaulted in front of a Miami strip club are coming to surface, and it turns out that his teammate Kevin Porter Jr. may have ended up saving his life.
Brown was jumped and hit with a bottle, after he inadvertently tried to get into the wrong van. Brown suffered facial lacerations and other lacerations throughout his body and was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
According to the Athletic the injuries he suffered could’ve been deadly if Kevin Porter Jr. hadn’t stepped in and prevented the group of people from inflicting further damage to Brown.
“If he hadn’t been as physically strong and tough, he might not have made it out of the situation (Sunday) night,” one source told The Athletic. “He could have died.”
Rockets guard Kevin Porter Jr. stepped into the altercation involving Sterling Brown in Miami on Monday as a way to protect Brown.
