Gilbert Arenas Picks His Top 5 Pure Scorers Of All-Time: “Jordan, Kobe, Kevin Durant…”

Gilbert Arenas is so far removed from playing NBA basketball, but that doesn’t stop him from talking and covering things about the league as he continues to be heavily involved on NBA-related shows across multiple media platforms today.

Recently, Arenas also known as ‘Agent Zero’ appeared on ‘All The Smoke’ podcast with hosts Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson. During his interview, the former Washington Wizards star was asked to name his top five pure scorers of all-time.

Arenas had to leave some other notable scorers in NBA history because he exclaimed that he can only go as far as he started watching the game of basketball. Starting at the top of the list, Arenas unsurprisingly named Michael Jordan first.

“I gotta be biased ‘cause I can only go as far when I watched the game. I can’t go backwards.”
“Jordan, Kobe, Kevin Durant, AI… I can’t sleep on Melo. It’s hard to sleep on Melo,” Arenas said. “[Joe Johnson] was a scorer, but I gotta go with Melo”
