Steve Ballmer Believes The Los Angeles Clippers Will Win Some Championships Before Their New Arena Opens

The Los Angeles Clippers haven’t had any luck for the past two years, but their championship window is far from closed considering their two franchise cornerstones in Kawhi Leonard and Paul George have tied themselves to the Clippers long-term.

The Clippers, in general, are yet to win an NBA championship and have only managed to reach the Western Conference Finals once (2021) since the franchise was established, but Clippers owner Steve Ballmer is confident that the curse will end soon.

Clippers recently had a groundbreaking ceremony for the Intuit Dome, their new arena that is set to debut in the 2024-25 NBA season. Before the arena opens, Ballmer declares that the Clippers are going to win some championships.

On the wait for this arena to open in 2024, Steve Ballmer says, “We’ll have some championships before then.”
