Draymond Green On LeBron James: “The Only Player Who Could Really Talk Sh*t About Accomplishments Or The Game Of Basketball”
Having crossed paths in multiple occasions including four straight NBA Finals, Draymond Green and LeBron James are very much familiar with one another. The two high-profile NBA players are also business partners and share the same agent in Rich Paul.
Draymond and LeBron now view each other as friends and have always gone on record showing the utmost respect and compliment for each other despite starting their connection as outright foes on the basketball court.
In a recent interview, Draymond put the 36-year old Los Angeles Lakers superstar in a very high regard. According to Golden State Warriors defensive big man, LeBron is the only player who has every right to talk about basketball and accomplishments in the entire league.
Per The Ringer:
“I wouldn’t necessarily say it killed my pride because at the end of the day I knew that there was only one person in this league that can talk anything to me about anything basketball,” Green told The Ringer’s Logan Murdock. “And that’s LeBron. That was the only guy who could really talk s— about accomplishments or the game of basketball in this league.”
