Enes Kanter Claims LeBron James Was The One Who Walked Right By Him Amid Recent Feud
After calling out LeBron James on Twitter, Enes Kanter had the perfect opportunity to confront the Los Angeles Lakers superstar and settle their feud face-to-face during Friday’s game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Boston Celtics.
However, Kanter didn’t seem to have that intention and was even caught on record walking past LeBron, who was on the court for a pre-game warmup. On top of this, LeBron spoke to post-game reporters and also revealed that Kanter crossed paths with him in the hallway and didn’t even say a word.
In an interview with CNN, Kanter now shed some more light on the matter with the 36-year old Lakers superstar. When asked why he didn’t confront LeBron personally, the outspoken big man said LeBron was actually the one who walked past by him.
“First of all, even my assistant coach knows that story,” said Kanter. “When, first of all, he was behind me in the tunnel, and I stopped to take a picture with one of the kids, and I wasn’t the one right past him. He was the one literally walked right by me and did not say anything.”
Brown: Why haven’t you gone up to LeBron and spoken to him face to face?
