Scottie Pippen Continues His Jordan Banter: “Would Have Beat Him At Golf, Too”

Scottie Pippen has been critical of Michael Jordan ever since the release of ESPN’s 10-part documentary series “The Last Dance”, and he has gone so far as to even take more shots at his former Chicago Bulls running-mate in his latest book called “Unguarded”.

Pippen had a lot of details to share about Jordan in his new memoir that seemingly puts the six-time NBA champion in a bad light. From a latest excerpt, Pippen even criticized Jordan for ruining the game of basketball and wanting everything to be done for him.

Now, Pippen had an interview with Golf.com, to further promote his book. During the interview, Pippen was asked about a story from his rookie season, and Jordan buying him golf clubs. Pippen, then replied by saying that he would have beaten Jordan in golf as well.

“That is all true,“And he’s lucky that I had a bad back my rookie year. I would have beat him at golf, too. But we’ve never played a round of golf together.
