Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Goes Off On John Stockton Over False Vaccine Statement

NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar has never been one to mince his words – not during his active playing career, and certainly not after.

Kareem is outspoken on many topics and doesn’t shy away when it comes to voicing his opinion.

This is also the reason Jabbar has frequently criticized LeBron James in this past year.

Before the season started Abdul-Jabbar voiced his opinion on the vaccination status of certain players, while encouraging as many people as possible to get their shots, also urging the NBA to insist that all players and staff are vaccinated, or else, removed from the team, and also went at LeBron James for supporting Andrew Wiggins, who at that time, didn’t want to get the vaccine.

The Lakers legend then went at LeBron James again, and absolutely destroyed him over his Covid-19, Spiderman meme post.

Now, Abdul-Jabbar took a massive swing at John Stockton, for his questionable statements – Stockton recently falsely claimed to The Spokesman-Review that “over 100” pro athletes have died from the vaccine – and his unwillingness to wear a mask.

 Per CNN:

“I think statements like that make the public look upon athletes as basically dumb jocks for trying to explain away something that is obviously a pandemic and the best way to fight pandemics is through vaccination and testing … It doesn’t make sense what he’s saying.”
