When Martell Webster Forgot To Count To Three

This is an all-time classic, I had to throw it back.

Webster was the 6th pick of the 2006 NBA draft, becoming one of the last ever high school players to be chosen in an NBA draft. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to live up to having been a lottery pick –  still, he’s had a pretty decent career with stops in Portland, Minnesota and Washington.

One of his most memorable NBA moments gave him the nickname “The Mathematician”. In a game against the Denver Nuggets, with 4.9 seconds of overtime left and his team down by 3 points, Martell Webster forgot how to count and went in for a dunk!

One of the most boneheaded play in NBA history.
