Brooklyn Nets Player On Ben Simmons: “He Walks Around Like He’s Jordan”
Ben Simmons was the main subject of criticism in Philadelphia, after his huge letdown during the NBA playoffs last season. He hasn’t played a game with the Sixers afterwards and was traded to the Brooklyn Nets, where he hasn’t made his debut yet, due to concerns about his mental health and back injuries.
Simmons is a defensive animal and someone who could open up the floor for the likes of Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant because of his transition scoring and steady playmaking. Many have criticized his inability his shoot, but fans are still eager to see how productive he can be alongside two talented NBA scorers.
Simmons was previously ruled out through the play-in tournament, he’s been ramping up his workload and could make his return in the first-round of the NBA playoffs. In fact, one Nets fixture remains optimistic that the 25-year old could make his debut soon while adding that Simmons’ confidence is at all-time high to an extent that he walks around like he’s Michael Jordan.
