Former Dallas Maverick, Satnam Singh Makes Professional Wrestling Debut For AEW
In the 2015 NBA draft, Satnam Singh became the first Indian and Sikh player to be drafted into the NBA, when the Dallas Mavericks selected him with the 52nd overall pick.
While Singh played in the Summer League, he wasn’t able to add a regular season NBA game to his belt, and mainly played in the NBA G-League.
The 7’3″ center hasn’t played professional basketball in almost four years, but was on TV screens again yesterday, when debuted for AEW Wrestling, where he attacked Samoa Joe.
